Situated in Monsaraz, in a historic building, 1.5 km from Monsaraz Castle, Viva! Farmhouse is a recently renovated farm stay with a rooftop pool and garden. The hosts were super nice and thoughtful. Breakfast was served in a very careful and personalized way: as a vegan, they managed to get good and fresh options, most of them home made. They even had a shared kitchen were you could cook or grab some lunch/dinner from it. The room was big and comfortable, with a super comfy bed and very nice bathroom. We wanted a quiet place in the country and that was what we got. We even got to see the farm animals they have in the propriety. Would recommend to everyone who wants to get a modern and stylish place in a quiet and peaceful town in the beautiful Alentejo.

The warm welcome from Fatima and Juan. The cleanliness of the house and our room. The comfortable bed and shower. The delicious homemade breakfast that had everything you can imagine. One felt the love invested in the property and the vacationers by the caretakers. Octavio went above and beyond, so personable, and helped everywhere we needed. The farm is amazing and the animals very well cared for. The beds were super comfortable- we slept so well!
